Please join us at our very unique yoga and running center in the beautiful foothills. We will help you stay fit and keep your body and mind flexible with our yoga classes and running group. You can select any of our yoga classes, join our running group for a weekly workout or combine yoga and running for a complete wellness program.


The word yoga means union, the union of our individual self with a higher consciousness. Yoga is not a religion, but it can be a very spiritual experience if you want it to. It is a technology that has been tested and proven over the course of more than 5,000 years to improve and maintain our physical health and mental and spiritual wellbeing. Yoga is a constant process of learning, exploring and discovering that can lead us to greater self-awareness. As we grow in our practice, our perspectives and attitudes shift and make room for something new-a better, fuller, happier, healthier and more conscious lifestyle.

Our yoga and meditation classes are suited for everybody, from beginners to advanced students. It is our wish and goal to create a beautiful, peaceful, immaculate and stressfree space for you where you can experience your body and let your spirit rise. Stop by for a morning class, join us for an energizing afternoon class or wind down in the evening with yoga and meditation. Our Thursday afternoon Kundalini Yoga class focuses on a different theme each month such as stress release, core strength or the various organs in your body.

You may join any class on any day of the month. Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through the exercises safely and skillfully, regardless of your level of training. Simply stop by, no sign-up required, just come in. We have mats, blankets, pillows and other props; everything you need for your practice.


Our running program welcomes all levels of runners and is geared to each person's individual ability. If you have always wanted to try running as a fitness activity, we are just the place for you. If you are an experienced runner, we can help you improve. If you have always dreamt of running a 5K, 10K, half marathon or a marathon, we have the right plan for you. If you are a recreational runner and do no wish to compete, our community of runners is sure to keep you motivated and enhance your running experience.

Personalized training plans designed just for you will help keep you fit, build strength and gain speed. We encourage you to keep a running log to monitor your progress and provide feedback to your coach who will adjust your training program based on your personal needs and goals. Your coach Evae will be available any day of the week to answer your questions and guide you on a personal level.
