HELPFUL TIPS

  • Please arrive on time; arrive a few minutes early for your first class

  • Bring a yoga mat (for your own safety, no blankets or towels, please; we have mats available for you to use or purchase)

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Please no heavy fragrances

  • All yoga is done barefoot

  • Do not eat a full meal 2-3 hours before class or running

  • No cell phones or pagers, you don't need those to connect with your higher self

  • Drink plenty of water or tea before and after

  • And most of all-enjoy!
